Wyoming Car Accident

A 5-car Wyoming car accident has resulted in injuries.  The accident occurred when a Jeep ran a red light at the intersection of 32nd Street and Division and hit a pickup truck.  Three other vehicles crashed while attempting to avoid the accident.  It is unclear how severe the injuries were although at least one driver was hospitalized.

This is a very unfortunate accident and I am sorry it occurred.  I hope everyone who was hurt has a complete recovery.  Fortunately, Michigan No Fault benefits are available to pay for all the medical expenses incurred.

Michigan No Fault benefits are available to all the drivers and any passengers who were injured in this accident.  Even the driver who ran the red light can get benefits because they are available regardless of fault.  No Fault benefits will pay for medical expenses and a portion of wages lost as a result of the accident.  If a person’s injuries are severe, No Fault benefits also pay for supervised attendant care and provide a benefit for the cost of doing household chores.  In addition, any of the drivers may have a legal claim against the driver of the Jeep, depending on the severity of their injuries.  The best thing each driver could do is discuss the accident and their injuries with a lawyer to determine how to properly submit their No Fault claims and to determine whether or not they have a claim against the Jeep’s driver.
