Spring Lake Car Accident
A Spring Lake car accident closed U.S. 31 and severely injured two people on Saturday. The accident occurred on U.S. 31 near Pontaluna Road when a southbound 1928 Ford hit a guardrail. The driver, Tom Huizenga, and his wife, Kathy, were both taken to Mercy General Hospital in Muskegon where they were listed in serious condition. The Huizenga’s reside in Hudsonville and own a party store at the Anchorage Marina in Holland.
This is a very unfortunate accident, and I hope that the Huizenga’s will be ok. I hope they can both make a complete recovery.
