St. Clair County Motorcycle Accident

A St. Clair County Motorcycle accident has left a pair of motorcyclists in the hospital.  Todd Ekstrom and Lynn Ekstrom of North Branch were traveling in a motorcycle on Capac Road in Mussey Township when they were hit by a car turning left onto Foley Road.  Both motorcyclists were hospitalized but are listed in fair condition.

 

This is very unfortunate and although I am sorry an accident occurred at all, it is good to hear that these two were not hurt as badly as in many of the accidents I have handled over the years.

 

Michigan No Fault insurance is available to both Todd and Linda Ekstrom in this accident because a car was involved.  They should submit a No Fault claim quickly to get it processed so the insurance company will begin paying their medical bills and for any wages they lose as a result of this accident.  They can consult with a lawyer to learn the exact benefits available to them through their No Fault insurance.
