Michigan Car Accident On I-94 Is Fatal

Our Michigan car accident lawyersare reporting an auto accident that took place on I-94 just west of the Indiana/Michigan state line.  The accident took place on Sunday, October 31st, in the a.m. hours.  According to police, a vehicle driven by Quinn Collins was stopped on I-94, with no lights on, partially in the right lane of westbound I-94, was struck by another vehicle driven by Anabell Enriquez.  The crash caused Collins car to go into a ditch and Enriquez car to collide into the concrete barrier wall. Enriquez, along with the seven other passengers in the vehicle were taken to the hospital and suffer injuries. Collins was killed due to the car accident.

Emmet County Pedestrian-Car Accident

Our Michigan car accident lawyers are reporting an Alanson pedestrian accident that took place on Milton Avenue near Lansing Street.  The accident too place on Thursday, Oct 28th around 8 in the morning.  According to police, a vehicle driven by Rachelle Midyett was driving down Milton Avenue when she struck a pedestrian, Nicole Perino, walking along the shoulder of the road.  Investigation showed that the accident was due to distracted driving, as the driver of the vehicle took her eyes off the road, looking down to check a ringing cell phone. Perino was taken to the hospital.

Michigan Department of Corrections Van Collides With Another Vehicle In Ionia Township

Dilon Youngstrom and Mike Thompson were both injured in an Ionia Township car accident that occurred on Main Street.  The auto accident involved a Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC) van carrying twelve prisoners.  According to police, Youngstrom turned around in an access drive and re-entered the road going into the path of MDOC van.  Thompson, who was driving the MDOC van did not have enough time to stop and collided into the vehicle. Both drivers were taken to the hospital and suffer injuries. The twelve prisoners were also taken to the hospital for possible injuries.

Fruitport Auto Accident Involves Pickup Truck
