Osceola Township Car Accident
Police are investigating an Osceola Township car accident. The accident occurred when Barbara Yannatta crossed the centerline of U.S. 41 into the path of John and Mary Beaumier. Ms. Yannatta was turning out of a Napa Auto Parts store just south of Millionaire Street when she collided with their vehicle. She was taken to Marquette General Hospital with critical injuries while the Beaumiers were taken to Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital.
This is an unfortunate accident and I hope everyone is able to experience a complete recovery.
My law firm represents people injured in car accidents. I always encourage my clients to submit their claims to their No Fault insurance provider quickly because many insurance companies enforce strict time limits and threaten to cut off benefits if claims are not submitted timely. This can be a very bad result for someone injured in a car accident since No Fault benefits pay for all medical expenses, lost wages, household chores, and any care required by the accident as well as other benefits. In addition, the documents needed to file a No Fault claim can often be used to pursue a separate claim against the other driver if the accident occurred because of the other driver’s negligence. Therefore it is always best for someone who has been injured in an accident to prepare their claims quickly.
