I saw on the news this morning that a Comstock Township Car Accident Injures 9 people on Sunday, August 9th.  According to the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Department, the accident occurred when a 21-year-old driver allegedly turned left into a vehicle driven by a 44-year-old man. Between the two vehicles there was a total of nine people, all who suffered minot and serious but non-life threatening injuries. Police continue to investigate this accident.

There was a tragic story in the news today about Royal Oak Multiple Hit & Run Accidents Fatality. A drunk driver, in a Chevy Silverado, was allegedly involved in two hit and run accidents in matter of 10 minutes, according to Michigan State Police. The first hit and run accident allegedly occurred at a McDonald’s on 11 Mile Road near Van Dyke that left several people seriously injured.

State Police said the drunk driver then allegedly rammed into a Ford Aerostar minivan on the Woodward exit ramp of I-696 causing the minivan to roll, 10 minutes later. One of the passengers was killed when the minivan rolled. The driver and other passengers of the minivan were taken to Beaumont Hospital with serious injuries. The drunk driver fled the scene of the accident but was apprehended later when he returned to the scene. Police are still investigating this accident.

Over the weekend, I read the story of a tragic accident involving a Lake Isabella SUV Rollover Accident Death. According to the Sherman Township Sheriff, a 41-year-old Isabella County Man died on July 11th when his SUV rolled several times. The man was allegedly driving at a high rate of speed on North School Road and could not negotiate a curve in the road.

The man was thrown from his vehicle when it rolled. He was pronounced dead at Central Michigan Community Hospital. The Sheriff believes alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.

I  am very sorry to hear about this tragic accident. My heart goes out to the family of the man for their loss from this tragedy.

A driver and 2 passengers were injured in an Oceana County Car Accident on Saturday, May 30 at the intersection of Jefferson and Oceana Drive in Weare Township. The accident occured when a 61-year-old Hart man , travelling westbound on Jefferson, allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a GMC Yukon, travelling north on Oceana. The occupants of the Yukon, Lee Tenney and two of his family,  were taken to Memorial Hospital for treatment of their undisclosed, non-life threatening injuries. The Hart man died at the scene of the accident. Police suspect alcohol was a factor in the crash and are still investigating at this time.

I am very sorry hear that this accident happened and I hope that the Tenneys are able to recover completely from their injuries.
