Kalamazoo Car Accident Injures Decatur Woman
A Kalamazoo car accident has injured a Decatur woman. The accident occurred on December 13, 2008 on M-51 near 54th Street while Bonnie Clark was a passenger in a van driver by her husband. The accident happened when James Clark of Decatur lost control of his vehicle due to weather conditions and struck a vehicle driven by Loreine Beeching, also of Decatur. Bonnie Clark was treated and released from Borgess Hospital. There was no word on whether James Clark or Loreine Beeching were injured.
I am very sorry this accident occurred. I hope that everyone involved recovers fully and quickly from their injuries.
When people are involved in car accidents, they are often very worried about how they will pay for their medical bills. They should not worry about this at all since Michigan No Fault insurance will pay for all of their medical expenses, including hospital bills and any reasonable and necessary follow-up medical treatment.
No Fault insurance will also make other payments, such as lost wages, household replacement services, and attendant care. No Fault insurance will not pay for non-economic damages like pain and suffering but accident victims who are seriously injured can sue the negligent driver for these damages. I always strongly encourage people who have been injured in a car accident to speak with a lawyer to learn the full extent of their rights.
