I was reading the newspaper today and came across an article about a Holland Township Three Car Accident that seriously injured one person. According to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department, a Holland Township man was seriously injured when his car was allegedly struck in the rear while stopped on James Street near 136th Street.

The impact spun his car into oncoming traffic where his vehicle was struck again and forced into the shoulder. He sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital. Police are still investigating this accident.

I read in the paper today about a tragic Sterling Heights Motorcycle Accident that occurred in Sterling Heights last week. According to police, two bikers were seriously injured on M-59 when their bike was allegedly struck from behind by a drunk driver that failed to stop for a traffic signal. I read a tragic story in the news over the weekend about Oakland County Hit and Run Fatalities in Novi on Saturday. According to Michigan State Police, a pick-up truck travelling on M-5, near 13 Mile Road, allegedly rear-ended a car causing it to burst into flames,, killing the two occupants. The pick-up truck driver fled on foot from the crash scene.

I read a tragic story in the news today about Multiple Wayne County Car Accidents and Fatality in Plymouth Township on July 14th. According to Plymouth Township police, a 73-year-old Milan woman was killed when her vehicle allegedly turned from Ridge Road onto 5 Mile road and was hit by a eastbound semi truck.

Plymouth Township Police also report that a man was seriously injured at the same intersection and in the same manner 3 days later. The man in was in a Ford F-150 when he allegedly turned onto 5 Mile Road and was struck by an eastbound semi-truck.  The man was transported to St. Joseph Hospital in Ypsilanti where he is in critical condition. Police are still investigating these accidents.
