Bridgeport Township Pedestrian Car Accident
A Bridgeport Township car accident has resulted in the death of a Saginaw Township pedestrian. The accident occurred on Williamson west of Squire on October 28, 2008. The driver stopped and reported the accident and assisted the police.
This is very tragic and I am sorry this accident occurred. I want to express my sympathy to this man’s family.
Although this man was not in a car when he passed away, his family is still eligible for Michigan No Fault insurance benefits. Through a survivor loss claim, the family can receive payments for a portion of the funeral cost, lost wages, and other No Fault benefits. In addition, because he was killed in this accident, his estate can pursue a lawsuit for wrongful death against the driver.
