There was a tragic story in the paper today about a man killed in a fatal Roseville bicycle car accident on January 19th in Macomb County. According to the police, a 47-year-old man was riding his bicycle in the left lane of northbound Gratiot when he was allegedly struck by a woman that failed to notice him. Today’s news had a tragic story about a bicyclist seriously injured in a Macomb County hit and run accident on Sunday morning. According to the Clinton Township Police Department, 41-year-old John Destefanis was traveling southbound on Gratiot Avenue when he was allegedly hit by a blue Chevy Corvette that appears to have not stopped after hitting the bicyclist. Destefanis was taken to a local hospital where he is in critical condition. A 55 Year-old Grand Rapids bicyclist was traically killed in a Grand Rapids Truck Accident on May 20th. The man was riding his bicycle when he was allegedly struck by City of Grand Rapids Dump Truck.
