Grand Haven Township Car Accident

A Grand Haven Township car accident occurred on November 8, 2008 when Andrew Visser of Allendale was driving on Winding Creek Road near Magnolia and crashed his vehicle into a tree.  He suffered minor injuries.

I was sorry to read about this accident.  I hope that Andrew Visser’s injuries are in fact minor and that he has a full recovery.

Michigan No Fault insurance benefits are available to cover Andrew Visser’s medical expenses.  No Fault benefits will also pay a portion of his lost wages if he needs to miss work and for other benefits depending on the severity of his injuries.  Significantly, there is no limit as to time or amount of the medical expenses No Fault insurance will pay.  That means if an injury does not heal or requires prolonged treatment, No Fault insurance should still pay for it.  The only limitation is that the medical expense must be reasonable and necessary treatment for an injury caused by the car accident.
