Overiseal Township Car Accident
An Overiseal Township car accident has resulted in injuries and death. The accident occurred Friday at the intersection of 140th and 42nd avenues in Overiseal Township. According to the Allegan County Sheriff’s Department, a 22-year old driver caused the accident by running a stop sign. A 77-year old woman in the car that was hit died and the driver of that car was injured. A 22-year old passenger was also injured, although it is not clear what car this passenger was in. The Sheriff’s Department has not yet released the names of anyone involved in the accident.
This is a very tragic accident and my sympathies are with the families of all those involved. I hope that the injured driver and passenger have a full recovery.
