Ann Arbor Car Accident
An Ann Arbor car accident on I-94 near Clear Lake Road has resulted in a couple being seriously hurt. Alexander Hughes, 74, and his wife Caroline, 66, were traveling east on I-95 on November 27, 2008 when he lost control of the vehicle and the car rolled over several times through the median. The car finally came to rest in the westbound lanes. Both were taken to UM Hospital where they were listed in serious condition.
I am very sorry this accident occurred. I hope that both Alexander and Caroline Hughes are able to make a complete recovery.
Without a doubt, both Alexander and Caroline Hughes should submit a claim to their Michigan No Fault insurance company. No Fault benefits will pay for all of their medical expenses, which were caused by this accident. They may also pay for household replacement services and attendant care if these benefits are warranted in light of their injuries. They may also be eligible for other benefits depending on the severity of their injuries, so they or their family would be well-advised to speak with a lawyer to ensure they are claiming all the benefits they are entitled to.
