Hazel Park Car Accident | Detroit Car Accident Lawyers
A Hazel Park car accident has left one driver with critical injuries. The accident occurred on November 14, 2008, when a northbound car on I-75 near 9 Mile Road did not stop in time to avoid a car in front of it. This crash then caused two additional cars to crash. One driver was taken to Beaumont Hospital and is in critical condition, while another driver was treated and released for minor injuries.
I am very sorry this accident occurred. I hope both injured drivers are able to recover fully.
Although the shock of a car accident can be initially very frightening, Michigan’s No Fault insurance regime can do a lot to relieve a family of the initial stress of an accident so that an injured driver can focus on his or her recovery. For instance, No Fault insurance pays for all reasonable and necessary medical expenses connected to the accident as well as a portion of any wages a driver would lose for missing work. In addition, if someone is seriously injured in a car accident, that person may be able to sue a negligent driver. An experienced Michigan car accident lawyer can help you submit your No Fault claim and determine whether you can file a lawsuit.
