Grand Rapids Car Accident Lawyers
A Grand Rapids car accident has left one man with injuries. The accident occurred on January 29, 2009 on Godfrey Avenue SW near Oxford Street when the man’s vehicle fishtailed before sliding sideways and being hit in the driver’s side door by an oncoming van. He was seriously injured. The driver of the van suffered minor injuries and a passenger was uninjured.
I hope these men are able to fully recovery from their injuries.
In this accident, it is not entirely clear what caused the accident, but even if the driver whose vehicle fishtailed was at fault, both he and the driver of the van can still submit claims for Michigan No Fault insurance. No Fault insurance will pay their medical expenses and a portion of their lost wages, which will hopefully relieve them of the financial strain this accident has caused. When the injuries are more serious, there are a host of other No Fault benefits, which an experienced Michigan No Fault lawyer can help the accident victim claim.
