Fremont Pedestrian Car Accident
A Fremont car accident has injured a pedestrian. The accident occurred in the area of Main Street and South Stone Road on October 28, 2008. The accident is still under investigation.
I am very sorry this accident occurred. I hope the pedestrian will be able to recover completely from whatever injuries he has suffered.
Even though the pedestrian was not in a car, his injuries were caused by an accident that involved a motor vehicle. Because of that, he meets the requirements to be eligible for Michigan No Fault insurance. No Fault insurance will cover the cost of all reasonable and necessary medical expenses, a portion of lost wages, and other benefits. If the pedestrian was very severely injured, he would be able to sue the driver of the car for his injuries.
