Rollover Accident in California Township

An 18 year-old woman lost control of her car on Fremont Road near the Michigan-Indiana state line, hitting a tree stump causing her car to flip over on Saturday, January 29th at 3:30 p.m. Police say the crash was caused by snowy road conditions. The driver sustained minor injuries, however, the other passengers were rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. No one was wearing seatbelts at the time of the California Township rollover accident.

Seat belts are the single most effective traffic safety device for preventing death and injury, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). Wearing a seat belt can reduce the risk of crash injuries by 50 percent. Forty-two percent of passenger vehicle occupants killed in 2007 were unbelted. A 2009 NHTSA study estimates more than 1,600 lives could be saved and 22,000 injuries prevented if seat belt use was 90 percent in every state.

Cass County Rear-End Car Accident on M-51

Ernest Berkley was injured in a Cass County rear-end car accident, when he was rear-ended while pulling into a driveway on M-51 near Peavine Street, on January 21st, in the p.m. hours.  Berkley suffers injuries due to the Michigan rear-end accident, and was sent to the hospital. The driver of the other vehicle, Dallas Hale, did not suffer injuries.

Rear end car accidents are the most common type of car accident in the United States, with about 2.5 million accidents (out of 6.3 million) being due to rear end accidents. Even though rear end accidents commonly occur at low speeds, it does not mean the consequences can not be catastrophic. Hitting another car from behind often results in whiplash or head injuries.

Car Crashes Into Home In Detroit Fatal Auto Accident

Our car accident Michgian lawyers are reporting a Detroit car accident that took place on the block of 15000 Lahser Road.  According to officials, a vehicle crashed into a Detroit home, killing one, and injuring another. The family escaped the house after the car started on fire unharmed. The driver of the vehicle was killed due to the accident and the vehicle’s passenger suffers injuries and was taken to the hospital.

Orion Township Car Accident Caused By Hazardous Winter Driving Kills One Woman

Our Michigan auto accident attorneys are reporting a fatal Orion Township car accident that happened Thursday, January 19th in the a.m. hours. According to police, a  64-year-old woman died after her car slid due to the hazardous driving conditions and hit an oncoming vehicle.
