Car Strikes Elder Man In Motorized Wheelchair In Bloomingdale Township
Raymond Effner was killed in a Bloomingdale Township car accident while crossing M-40 near 24th avenue in his motorized wheelchair. The accident took place just after 7 a.m. According to police, Effner was crossing the street when a car struck him, causing Effner and his motorized wheelchair to be thrown off the road.
