Calhoun County Car-Truck Accident Injures Four People

Our Michigan auto accident lawyers are reporting a Calhoun County accident that occurred on June 6th at about 2:30 p.m. on L Drive South and 25 1/2-Mile Road in Homer Township. According to police, a pickup truck containing Philip Crandall and his passenger, Royce Crandall, rolled over after being stuck by another vehicle. Both Philip and Royce Crandall suffered injuries from the accident. Two men driving in the other vehicle also suffered injuries.

Two Vehicle Car Crash In Kalamazoo County

Our Michigan car accident lawyers are reporting a Kalamazoo accident that happened on June 5th at about 2:00 p.m. on O Avenue and 38th Street in Climax Township. According to police, a 75-year-old man ran a stop sign and was struck broadside by another vehicle killing the 75-year-old man and injuring the other driver.

Oshtemo Township Car Accident

Our Michigan auto accident lawyersare reporting a tragic story in the news about a Oshtemo Township car accident that took place at the intersection of W. Main and Maple Hill Drive killing Robery Redinger. The accident took place on July 9th at about 9:40 a.m.  According to police, Robery Redinger was driving south on Maple Hill Drive and stopped at a blinking red light. Redinger then proceeded through the blinking red light and was struck by another vehicle going west bound on W. Main. Redinger died as a result of the crash. The driver of the other vehicle did not suffer injuries.

Iosco County Car Accident Lawsuit Filed

Our Iosco County car accident lawyersrecently filed a lawsuit on behalf of a client who suffered serious injuries when another car lost control while turning right at an intersection striking our client in the driver door. The collision occurred in Tawas, Michigan. Our client suffered serious injuries, including a neck and back injury.

We filed a lawsuit against both the negligent driver and our client’s own insurance company, Auto Owners Insurance for uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage. Claims against the negligent driver are for pain and suffering, disability, loss of enjoyment of life and other non-economic injuries. A trial date has not yet been set by the court.
