Portage Drunk Driving Hit And Run Accident

Our Michigan car accident lawyers are reporting a story in the news recently about a Portage drunk driving accident that took place on South Westnedge Avenue around 12:30 Sunday morning .  The accident was a hit and run accident.  According to police, the hit and run driver failed to negotiate the curve at the end of the I-94 ramp onto Westnedge, striking another vehicle. The other driver was taken to the hospital and suffer injuries. The hit and run driver was found hiding in nearby bushes.

Car Strikes Elder Man In Motorized Wheelchair In Bloomingdale Township

Raymond Effner was killed in a Bloomingdale Township car accident while crossing M-40 near 24th avenue in his motorized wheelchair.  The accident took place just after 7 a.m.  According to police, Effner was crossing the street when a car struck him, causing Effner and his motorized wheelchair to be thrown off the road.

Emmett Township Drunk Driving Car Accident Injures Seven People

Our Michigan car accident lawyers are reporting a story in the paper today about an Emmett Township drunk driving accident that took place on East Michigan Avenue near Evanston Street.  The accident took place on Friday, November 5th around 11:30 p.m.  According to police, a speeding vehicle hit another vehicle and then rolled over. The vehicle that was hit was pushed into a tree due to the impact of the crash. The driver of the vehicle who crashed into the other car, Ian Millard, was driving while under the influence of alcohol. Ian along with four other passengers, Shawn Wolney, Matt Zdunic, Shanyce, and Angel Tackett all suffer injuries and were taken to the hospital. In the other vehicle, the driver, Gary Blagg, and a passenger, Patricia Burke, also suffer injuries and were taken to the hospital.

Oakfield Township Rollover Auto Accident

Nicholas Ronald Vietti and Alan James Headly were both injured in an Oakfield Township rollover accident that took place on 16 Mile Road. Michigan Rollover Accident The single car accidentoccurred on Sunday, November 7th around 6 a.m.  According to police, Vietti, the driver of the vehicle, lost control along a curve on the road striking a tree and rolling over. Both Vietti and his passenger Headly suffered injuries and were taken to the hospital.

Grand Blanc Three Car Rollover Accident

Our Michigan car accident attorneys are reporting a story in the paper the other day about a Grand Blanc rollover auto accident at the intersection of Saginaw and Reid roads.  The accident took place on Wednesday, October 27th, in the afternoon hours.  According to police, a vehicle failed to stop at a red light crashing into a vehicle. The impact of the accident caused the vehicle that was struck to hit another vehicle and land upside down.  All three drivers were taken to the hospital and suffer injuries including a serious head injury.
