Macomb County Bicycle Accident Settlement

Our Michigan car accident lawyers recently settled a Macomb County bicycle accident lawsuit on behalf of an injured bicyclist. Our client was riding his bike in Clinton Township when a negligent driver hit the bicyclist with his car. Due to the bike-car collision, our client sustained loss of consciousness, weakness in right arm, multiple bruises and abrasions, fracture cervical spine at the c-2 level and injury to bilateral shoulders which required surgical repair.

The lawsuit was filed in the Macomb County Circuit Court and settled for insurance policy limits. Luckily at the scene of the accident were two independent eye-witnesses who were able to provide statements to the police and help prove that the driver was in fact negligent.
